HOW WE ARE CHANGING CULTURE
In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Women’s Network, we launched All in for Advancement, sponsored by Comcast and created in partnership with Babson College. Through this one-year program, 10 company INfluencers select up to four participants each to work with coaches to design and implement a culture change initiative to increase gender equity at their organizations.
