In a new report, Jim Rooney, president and CEO of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, said that he and several business leaders are calling on state officials to get serious about addressing transportation issues, arguing that economic competitiveness is in jeopardy over poor roads, traffic and a lack of investment in public transit.

In their report they are calling for new revenue and increased T ridership.
