Membership Coordinator

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support the Membership Team who is energetic, hard-working, and detail oriented, who thrives working in a team environment. In this role, you will participate in our programs and events with high-profile representatives in the Boston business community. This individual will contribute to projects on a day-to-day basis that are a vital piece to our commitment to serving all our valued members. They are a key player in assisting the membership team in the daily operations of relationship management, including updating membership information in the database, adding new member information, adding and updating prospect information, member services & membership inbox management, preparing materials for membership meetings and ad hoc projects as necessary. Program Coordinator

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, and highly detailed oriented multi-tasker to take on the role of program coordinator. Program coordinators support and bring their own creative ideas to Chamber programs – both as part of the programs team and as the manager of their own portfolio of events. Requirements include being a people person who is constantly curious to learn more and try new things. Workdays will be an ever-changing mix of providing logistical event support, assisting key stakeholders like sponsors, speakers, and members, driving and managing event registrations, and managing internal calendars and systems. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines. Candidates should have an Bachelor’s degree with transferable skills, or 4-6 years of professional experience in event planning and/or customer service. {Learn More}


Marketing & Communications Intern

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce seeks an intern to support the Communications & Marketing Department with all aspects of its day-to-day work. We are looking for an eager-to-learn, well-spoken and well-written individual who thrives on deadline-driven assignments and who understands the ins and outs of today's marketing tools such as content management systems, digital marketing tools, social media, and more. This is a full time paid internship, ideal for an intern/co-op or recent grad who is excited to learn more about Marketing and Communications and can commit to working 32+ hours/week for up to 8 months (Summer + Fall). {Learn More}
