Suzy Welch is a bestselling author, commentator, and business journalist. She is a columnist for O – The Oprah Magazine, where she writes frequently about managing career challenges and finding a balance between work and personal lives. Welch’s latest book, 10-10-10: A Life Transforming Idea, presents a decision-making strategy for achieving success at work, parenting, love, and friendship. The bestselling book has
been featured on The Today Show, Charlie Rose, The View, Reader’s Digest, and Time magazine.
Welch has also authored numerous articles on leadership, change, creativity, and organizational behavior, and contributed to several books on management. Alongside husband Jack Welch, she co-authors a weekly column, The Welch Way, which appears in BusinessWeek magazine and is published by The New York Times syndicate in more than 45 major newspapers around the world. The duo also co-authored
the bestselling book Winning and its companion volume, Winning: The Answers.
Welch previously held positions as a reporter for the Miami Herald and as a senior editor, and later editor-in-chief, for the Harvard Business Review. She is actively involved with several non-profit boards, including Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program. Welch is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
