The Greater Boston Chamber is committed to
driving economic growth and building a more
inclusive business community. A critical
component of this commitment is ensuring a
thriving future for Greater Boston by
identifying the leaders of tomorrow –
Boston’s Future Leaders - and enriching
their professional experience as they advance to
executive positions.
About the Program
Mission
To
identify the leaders of tomorrow and engage them
in the business and civic life of our community
by providing a platform for professional
development and significant opportunities for
growth and exposure.
Goals
The Chamber offers numerous opportunities, including
leadership development programs at Harvard
Business School and Suffolk University Business
School, that ensure each participant will gain:
-
A lasting network of
professional peers;
-
Connections with
prominent executives in the business and
civic community;
-
Opportunities to become
more informed about public policy issues
that impact local businesses; and
-
An increased ability to
add value to their organizations and to the
Greater Boston employer community as they
advance to executive positions.
After completing the one-year program, Boston’s
Future Leaders alumni are invited to remain
involved in the Chamber by taking part in unique
programs and receptions.
